Pet Policy At the Vidago Palace Hotel, your pet is very welcome and will be greeted with a VIP treatment, enjoying a relaxed and comfortable stay at the Palace. Please find below some important information regarding the wellbeing of our 4 legged friends whilst staying with us: - In order to ensure the health and wellbeing of your pet during your stay, the hotel will provide you with a feeding and drinking bowl as well as a VIP pet treatment;
- Reservations are only possible in rooms on the ground floor;
- Only dogs (up to 20 kg) and / or domestic cats are accepted and a maximum of 1 per room;
- The circulation in public areas of the Hotel is not allowed;
- Pets are not allowed to circulate in all public areas of the Hotel, namely in the Spa, Bar, Pool Bar, Room 4 Stations, Wine Cellar, "Salão Nobre" and "Jardín de Inverno" restaurant, Club House , Event Rooms and Kids Club;
- Pets are permitted in the hotels park, if kept on a lead;
- Is not possible to leave your pet alone in the room for more than 2 hours, please contact the Concierge or the Reception for information on 'PET Sitting'.
