The Poolside Bar & Grill

Set in the shade of the hotel’s chic spa annexe and open to the lush lawns that surround Vidago Palace’s crystalline outdoor swimming pool, The Poolside Grill & Bar provides all-day sustenance to summer sun-worshipers.

Dishes prepared in the open-air kitchen include local grilled meats and fish, pasta, salads and pizza from the pizza oven. Thirst-quenching Sangria and non-alcoholic cocktails can be enjoyed by the bar or directly at your sun-lounge.

Open daily from 11:30 to 19:00 during the summer season: May 15th to September 30th.
